Eligibility for Returns

Each Rylight product is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. To preserve quality standards and ensure fairness, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    Items showing any signs of installation, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Documentation: A valid proof of purchase and clear photos of the item must be provided when submitting your return request.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature:

  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products:
    Because these items are individually crafted to customer specifications, they are not eligible for return or refund once production begins.
  • Clearance or Final-Sale Items:
    All clearance or promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Return an Item

If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Repack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  2. Contact our customer service team at support@rylight.com.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note:

  • If the return is not due to a quality or damage issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the item is damaged during return transit, our team will assess the condition and issue a partial refund accordingly.
  • A damage fee starting at 25% of the purchase price will apply for returned items that are not in original condition.
  • If the item is deemed unsalvageable, no refund can be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rylight.com.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and any other relevant details.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, based on the severity of the issue and product availability.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange your product for the same model, please contact our support team at support@rylight.com for assistance.


Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully:

Before Payment

You may cancel your order at any time before payment without incurring any fees.

After Payment

  • Before Order Confirmation: Orders may be canceled without charge.
  • After Order Confirmation: Cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Customized Products

  • If customization work has begun but the item has not yet shipped, a 20% service fee will apply.
  • Once a customized item has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

After Shipping

For all standard and customized products, cancellations after shipment are not permitted due to the high cost of international logistics and product handling.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is approved before shipping, your refund will be processed promptly.
For customized products, the 20% service fee will be deducted if production has already started.
